Shipping Policy
Bracelets and crystals are generally shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase via USPS First Class mail. Please allow up to two days to ship plus 3-5 days for delivery. Shipping and delivery timeframes are not guaranteed. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Return & Exchange Policy
You may return this product within 30 days for a full refund. Broken bracelets or crystals will not be refunded. If you need a different size, you can return the product (at customer's expense) and request a different size. We recommend using a measuring tape to measure your wrist for accuracy. We can also custom-size any of our bracelets.
