Inspired by the book and energy principle Water Up Fire Down by Ilchi Lee. WUFD is a principle of energy circulation in the body for cooling the head and energizing the gut, Solar Plexus, and the Sacral chakras. The bracelet has four angelite crystals on the high side and a single carnelian at the base. Lava rock fills the rest of the space. NOTE: Lava rock is porous and rougher than most tumbled beads. This bracelet is also available in 6mm beads.
A focused intention for the WUFD bracelet is to bring energy balance to the body by keeping yourself mindful and pay attention to implement the principles of Water Up, Fire Down on a daily basis.

Water Up Fire Down 8mm
This bracelet has five 8mm apatite beads on the high-side and three 8mm carnelians at the base. 8mm lava stone beads fill out the rest of the bracelet. The number of beads and design will vary depending on the size of the bracelet. Other crystals pictured with the bracelets are not included.
