COLOR & LIGHT: Goldstone is a type of glittering glass that can come in various colors but is noted for the copper flecks.
PHYSICAL: MAN-MADE - A fabricated glass made from aventurine. A manufactured stone/glass made from aventurine and copper flecks or mica.
HISTORICAL: MIDDLE-AGES - The earliest samples of goldstone are from the 11th century Iran. The original manufacturing process for goldstone was invented in seventeenth-century Venice by the Miotti family.
ENERGETIC: Called the stone of ambition and is thought to assist in attaining goals.
METAPHYSICAL: A strong grounding stone (root chakra.) It is also a powerful conduit of energy in the second chakra due to its copper content.
